I've done this for the past 4 years. EVERYONE LOVES IT! And one year I even put green apples inside it with honey all over it. It was delicious.
I admit, I don't usually cook but it always has turned out great for me.

I'm not a big cooker but I made this Brown Bag Bird last year and it was Awesome!! Very tasty and extremely moist!! No fires here. Totally doing it again this year!

I dont cook and never have but I made this turkey for Thanksgiving and Christmas last year and my family thought I was crazy on the first go round. But it turned out wonderful and my family loved it!!! Both times! And now I can't hide under the cover that "I can't cook" anymore for holidays and Im expected to be cooking the turkey this yr too! =)

LOL. Thats what happened with me. Luckily this year Thanksgiving is happening at my aunts house so no one mentioned me making the Turkey.

haha Lucky! I said I can't cook so many times that I actually started to believe that I couldn't and last yr I made the entire dinner, so my family calls bs on me if I even attempt to say it. lol And great idea on the apples and honey, I think I might try that this yr!

I have used this receipe for the past two years and it came out perfect and tender. I even used the cheap turkeys which tend to be more on the dry side but not with this receipe. Perfect everytime!!
