Debbie Rowe To Fight for Custody kids
First off, I am starting this topic here because I know it will be discussed on the show. If you hate Michael Jackson please feel free to disregard this topic.
Anyways, what are your feelings on this? Not only does she want custody she is seeking a restraining order against Joe Jackson.

12years she doesnt care about those kids, now when they are millionaires she wants them. On top of that she wants to split the kids up

I think splitting the kids up is a big problem. That poor kid lost his father and now might lose his brother and sister. Also I do wonder why she feels the need to suddenly want her children back. This is such a sad situation.

I am not sure what her and Michaels "agreement" was, but according to her he did not keep up his end of it. I have grave concerns about those kids being around Joe Jackson. I am not certain if her motives are about her concerns of them living under the same roof as the grandfather, or if she expected something from the estate. The kids do need to stay together, and she is not handeling it appropriatly if splitting them up is her solution. I don't think the court will give them to her.

Maybe I misheard something, but I coulda sworn I heard either Debbie or a rep of hers say something along the lines of "they had an agreement, and he didnt live up to his agreement because he's dead"

Id get one against Joe as well. He is a scum bag. He shouldn't have any rights to anything Michael had. The guy was awful to Michael so much so that Michael distanced himself from him as soon as he could. He should have no contact with those kids.
As for should she have custody? I personally feel this is just the beginning of the "lets get custody of Michael's children so we have rights to his legacy/money" Circus. She didn't seem to want them back then, that should mean she doesn't get them now. I don't know who they would be better off with though. None of the Jackson's are fit parents. They spent their lives (maybe with the exception of Janet) being envious of Michael and not showing him the kinda of attention he needed while his life spiraled out of control.
Unfortunately those kids are in a bad place right now. Hell I'm almost leaning towards wanting the nanny to be given custody. At least she is a familiar face, someone they are use to in their lives and probably the closest thing to a mother they have ever had.

Katherine Jackson does not live with Joe Jackson, he lives in Las Vegas and she lives in California. So Michael's children would not live with him.

He was also very specific that he wants those kids to remain together which i believe is the most important and what Debbie does not want to do, she wants to split them up.
The nanny should just kidnap those kids and raise them in obscurity...but there are stories that Michael's kids know and are close with some of Michael's family.
