Some paranormal investigator told Big Al that his dog could not be lingering because Dogs do not have souls.

I tend to believe that dogs have a much higher brain function than they are given credit for and yes I believe they have souls and yes I believe that all dogs, cats, horses, and any other animal does go to Heaven. God created these animals...why would he not welcome them into Heaven?

I agree with you, these are all God's creatures and dogs especially are so loving and caring, I cannot imagine there not being a special place in Heaven for them.

Yes, I believe they have souls.
The dog I grew up with live to be 18. My mom gave him wheat germ to help him in the later years. I told my mom the only reason that dog lived as long as he did, was because of all the love we gave him.
I cant see an animal living like he did if he didn't have a soul.

Priests say that animals don't have souls. Well maybe they don't have people souls but they do have their own version of souls. I do think that Stretch waited for Big Al to come home before she went. I've had two dogs that were very loved and when their time came they showed some behaviors that they had never done before. There has to be a power, an aura that animals have that we don't understand.
Oh and animals in Heaven? Again, the clergy says that animals do not go to heaven.. but I don't buy that either. If people go to heaven and they are truly at bliss in heaven, there has to be animals there.
Animals and people have such a connection. It can't be broken.

lol. used to have a pit named Georgia. If i just recall her eyes and the way she looked at and did things, she obviously had something in there that could love and know whats going on.

Correct me if I'm wrong but if dogs, or any other animal, didn't have a soul. Wouldn't that mean they wouldn't feel any range of emotion?
We all know they do, so how can a "paranormal investigator" a.k.a. "ghost hunter" say that? They're not exactly animal behavior experts am I right?
The person that said that to Al was expressing their own opinion, but not based on fact.
