Good luck to all Band Members and Band Families now performing at BOA Grand Nationals this weekend
It's been a long road to get to this point. Good luck to anyone out there who is or knows someone in Marching Band. Including my son.
Had to laugh: Summer Olympics, China. The announcers ooh'd and aw'd at the synchronized dancers and their precision. Marching bands march with that precision across the country daily AND play instruments at the same time.

Oh no!! I LOVE marching bands. My Mom played the french horn in the LSU marching band. You are so right about their precision. It's so beautiful to watch and hear!!

@Molly Holy crap! My son plays horn, and may just go to LSU. The Marcus Band Director went there (as well as playing for the Phantom Regiment).
