HOW DO I BLOCK A MEMBER FROM COMMENTING ON MY DISCUSSIONS, ETC?

I don't think you can block anything here unless you set your page to private. That blocks people that are not your friends from viewing your page and being able to post messages or comments. If you post a discussion...fair game there. It is what it is...a discussion. You could "delete" it...oh...
