How do I submit a family for Kidd's Christmas Give-Away thingie?

I have tried finding info about this on kiddlive and kiddnation! Do you think I could just email Kidd with their story or what? Does anyone know how to enter? I just want to make sure this gets done right because this family really deserves a good Christmas.
