In Dallas for a day..what should we do--after we watch the show...

What was the name of the restaurant Kidd mentioned this morning? I am going to be in Dallas for a day with my daughter and her fiancée..figured we would go to the area where Kennedy was shot and go to the museum--and to the downtown area --- what is a cool restaurant or other fun things to do?
