- I have driven kids to school every am with Kidd Kraddick in the morning for years. My oldest daughter is the same age as Caroline, so I identified with Kidd. I have 3 kids(19,15,14 girl, girl, boy). I'm in process of getting a divorce. I am a nurse and work here in big D.

Potential FUN older couple for the Bahama Trip
This idea just came to me and you all might think this is crazy. But right now my husband has filed for divorce. Deep down I don't think he really wants a divorce. I definitely do not want to be divorced. We've been married 25 years, and have been labeled by different age groups as crazy fun younger than we are.....
So what if we came on the trip....and instead of going home to be divorced....the trip could re-ignite the love we have somehow lost...

I SO WANT TO BE IN THE BAHAMAS NEXT WEEK
Man If I could I would pay my own way to go with the group to the Bahamas next week.
My skin is pale. Instead of absorbing the much needed VIT D from the sun...I will be in a court hearing regarding my impending Divorce.
So, Mentally I will be with Kidd and the gang.
I/we used to be the "fun" older couple that they are looking for to go on this trip

Divorced after 25 years-Getting to Know myself Again
This is my response to an message conversation I had with one of my friends. It made me focus on the good to come out of what seems at this time to be the most devasting catastrophe in my life. So here is the positive angle. I am always looking up because right I'm so down the only place to look is up. Is God allowing this because my spirital walk could be more active...?? Oops I forgot this is the positive angle or side to this hell I am wading through.

I didn't get your name so I'm sorry. My story is too long to tell. The short version is that my husband filed for divorce the Thursday prior to EHG (EXTREMELY HELPFUL GUY) answering my call. My daughter, a freshman in college was spiraling into a deep depression. She apparently hadn't gone to class since the first day and had not gotten out of bed all day for the past ten days. I was alerted to this fact by a younger sister. I immediately got on the road to go help my oldest get back on track. My drive was a long 6 hours one way. I was half-way there when it was time for my usual time with Kidd and the rest. They make me laugh. They take my mind off all this "stuff" going on right now. For four hours I get to forget about divorce, depression and any other negative stuff. I called the studio because 106.1 went to fuzz. EHG helped me find a station (after me calling him TWICE) in my location. He (we) were successful. I was so happy to have some company on my long drive in the dark, and I got to take my mind off life as it is for me right now for four hours. So THANK YOU THANK YOU EHG!!! You were more than just randomly helpful to me,,,,it was like an answered prayer. Thanks for helping me see some light on Wednesday Jan. 21 from 6A to 10A. Beth Hull Smith, a fan of the show.
