About Me:
If anyone has lived a crazy life, it’s JC. Often told that he should have his own reality TV show or be on the “Real World”, JC was born in Mexico City and brought to the United States as an 8 year old boy who only knew how to say, “Where is bathroom?” and “It’s my popcorn,” JC has since learned how to speak English, although at times he butchers the English language. JC grew up in San Diego, where he began his radio career as a part time fill in DJ. In his off time JC loves to go dancing “yes real men do dance”, play his playstation 3, and play with his dogs Dex and Delilah. JC has been dedicating everything he accomplishes in life to his uncle Ricky, who also was his best friend, and the older brother he never had.

Vacation time!

First day of vacation down! I am proud to say that I did my workout right after the show... I then headed back to the condo to take a nap because everyone else was taking a nap and I didnt want to be a lonely loser. Kinsey had gone on a run and just as I laid my tired head down she walked in. Mexico re-cap!

I am back from Mexico!

Tip started off pretty rocky. When Kinsey and I arrived in Mexico we were welcomed by... (drum roll)... nobody. We now had a huge problem because we had never really confirmed who was picking us up and I didn't know if they had my flight info. So Kinsey and I sat in the airport with no clue on how to contact anyone because we had no phone numbers, no service, and we were cranky because I didn't get a nap in due to the excitement.

Bad luck bears...

Cool Monday today. After our weekly meeting we all headed over to Kidd's house and got to watch a cool new band perform on his patio. It was pretty sweet and I dont wanna hook up their name to ya just yet because we will be talking about them on Music that Makes You Cooler, so enjoy that lil major market tease right there. big news

Lets do a lil catch up here... I have been seriously deliberating if I am going to invite bio dad to the wedding. I called my mom to make sure she would be ok with the decision... she told me it would be a bit different, but that I should do what I feel is right. I also wanted to make sure that my dad would not feel betrayed and my mom told me that he actually thinks I should invite him out.

Yo J, 1st off not bad on getting in shape. But I have been in that game since I could throw a football, and we all know that realistic there is nothing on the face of this earth naturally that is going to make you look like that in 90 days.

You know and I know that you 1st def had some type of diet goin, and also some type of SUPPLEMENT.. What was that SUPPLEMENT that got you that way, cause it was not P90 X..

Now that it is summer time, I get to sleep in late and dont get to hear the show often, but I wanted to say thanks for incouraging your listeners to do the P90X. I tried my mothers Plyometrics last week and was sore for days! I cant stop wishing I had it here at my home now that thatsoreness is gone. SO....I just ordered it! I cant wait to get it in and start it up! Hearing you talk about it everymorning made me do it, so thanks in advance!!!
