- About Me:
- I am a certified personal trainer with a passion for fitness and good health located in the Dallas, Texas area. It is my desire to inspire women who are beyond their 20’s to be as healthy as possible.
My certifications include: Physical Fitness Specialist, Biomechanics of Resistance Training, Indoor Cycling, Promoting Healthy Behavior in Children and Focus Pad Training from the world renowned Cooper Institute in Dallas, Texas. I am also certified as a Personal Trainer by the American Council on Exercise (ACE), The Exercise Institute of Physiology, and from the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM).
I have competed in NPC Figure Competitions and have placed 2nd and 3rd in the Hottest Mom Competition two years in a row at the Europa super show.
I am a writer for Bodybuilding.com and have been featured in publications such as Oxygen magazine, FitnessRX magazine and the Dallas Business Journal.
My specialty is in-home training for women in the Dallas Metroplex. I use a variety of equipment including kettlebells, boxing and the bosu. I also offer online training programs and consultations for those living out of my driving area.
