About Me:: I have been listening to KKITM since I was in elementary school, before they were syndicated. I've loved and hated various people that have come through their doors... Loved Bert, Rich was too pompous!!! But sure and glad he invented radio, whatever!
KKITM has been helping me get up and out the door for a long time now, and I love the show!
I am very much like the female version of Chandler (Matthew Perry) from FRIENDS minus the whole Janis debacle, I say many random things in an attempt to make my friends laugh. I think the philosophy that, in life if you don't laugh you'll cry, rings true all to often so I like to make others laugh when I can. I love to read though I don't get to much anymore. I love t.v. shows, mostly comedies. I love movies, I quote way to many shows and movies, ask anyone. though I love music that is one area in which I am horrible at keeping up with the Joneses. I miss the way things used to be. I have a huge family, and depending on the day of the week my opinion on that changes. I'd love to make a bigger impact than I do. I love The Afters. I love my friends. I've been told that I can be to good of a friend, I don't know what that means (I've never had a friend that was to good) I love to travel. I love God. I like technology and sometimes it is my downfall, I want to have it all or spend hours using it. I hope my future is only about 15% like my past, and that the future starts now...

Well, another weekend has come and gone... and it's back to work.. but I have some good news. I got my reference # from Dr Wright's office on Friday and they told me I can start calling the insurance on or after Tuesday to ask on the status of my case!!! I'm excited... I wrote down the number and I'm like eyeing it all weekend...I know it's nuts but I just can't believe I'm getting pretty darn close to realizing this journey.

What exactly do you have to do to be qualified as "too good a friend"? I mean I realize that in today's society if it sounds too good to be true it usually is but this low expectation that people have of friends really boggles me... I just don't get it.

I can see where things can happen when the show is out of town.

At 9:07am on November 19, 2008, Kassie Geros said…: I had the same problem when I clicked on the link to submitt my entry so I printed out the RULES and it said entries should be sent to: UltimateMakeover@kiddnation.com with the word Ultimate Makeover in the Subject Line. When I sent my entry in to that mailbox I had no problems at all. My friend called the show on Monday and they told her that it was too late to submitt her entry.
