Yes I do think everyone should have to take a test after a certain age. But I feel so soryy for people who do have to give up their liscense. It seems like such a loss of freedom and mobility. I imagine it is one of the hardest things to face.

Quick Sugar Free Pineapple Pie
Makes: 6 servings Total Time: 10 min
Category: Cakes, Cheesecakes and Pies Sub Category: Pies: No Bake Filling
Ingredients:
a.. 1 can (15 oz.) crushed pineapple (with juice)
b.. 1 small box Sugar Free Instant Vanilla Pudding
c.. 1 tub (8 oz.) Low Fat Sour Cream
d.. 1 tub (16 oz.) Cool Whip (r) Lite
e.. 1 Graham Cracker Crust
Preparation
Empty pineapple, juice and all, into medium sized bowl. Mix with vanilla pudding. Fold in sour cream and Cool Whip (r).
Pour in graham crust. Chill in fridge if desired.
