Parenting
As a parent of a 13 year old I am the first to be my daughter's advocate when needed but also HOLD HER accountable when needed. I oversee almost 100 people and I see the impact of parents not holding their children accountable and teaching them responsibility. They come into the work force not prepared for the "real world".
