Its not a new years resolution but I am continuing my journey to lose weight. Whatever progress I made prior to vacation, im sure I lost with 10 days in mexico. Before I go into today's Post Op appointment I'd like to give a quick recap.
10/24/08 - 506 lbs (the most I ever weighed in my entire life - not bragging just saying)
12/23/08 - 484 lbs (this is the week before surgery)
12/29/08 - 474 lbs (SURGERY DAY WEIGHT!!!)
That's a total, for your mathematically challenged,
32 lbs!
So after many protein shakes, yuck, and a week after my surgery..... I now weight 470 lbs!!! I dropped 4 pounds in 7 days! That means I've lost a total of 36 lb…

I'd say I'd give myself an 8 out of 10 on the recovery scale. I can't give myself a 10 because I found out today that I've been wrapping myself completely wrong. Couldn't have been any wronger. I’m sorry I’m such a slacker on keeping my blogs updated. I pretty much checked out of the work world while we were off.
