Yep, he made it home just fine! I was so relieved when he walked through my office door in the afternoon. His friend picked him up from the airport then they came by because Beau's Camaro keys were still in my purse.
This week he's choosing college classes for the summer session. It's gonna be an interesting week.
Ummm....I feel like the puddle duck today! LOL! No kidding, it's raining and storming like mad here! Kinda worried about my son who's on his way back from Houston. He's made it back to Charlotte but his connecting flight to Raleigh-Durham has been delayed. I guess it's better that he's grounded than flying in this bad weather...in any case, my heart will beat slower when he's back on the ground and on the way home.
I hope things are better. I've been praying for you! Life is as busy as ever here. Beau (my adopted and oldest son) is flying to Texas for the weekend to see his sweetie. She and her family are in Houston. It's his last chance to spend any time with her before he goes back to school. He'll be going to college through the summer. Wish I were coming to Dallas for other reasons. :-)
