Madonna hired a private investigator

Sylvester Stallone’s stand… Lena Dunham will not be promoting “Girls”… Khloe Kardashian is back on the market… Ciara is suing Future… and Madonna hired a private investigator

Sylvester Stallone is nominated for Best Supporting Actor for “Creed,” but said he was willing to boycott the Oscars in support of the movie’s non-nominated director, Ryan Coogler, who is African-American. Sly said when he heard that Will Smith and Spike Lee were skipping the ceremony, he went to Ryan and asked, “How do you want to handle this? Because I feel like you are responsible for me being here….If you don’t want me to go, I won’t.” But Sly said Ryan told him, “I want you to go.” Ryan wants him to stand up for the film. ’ That’s the kind of guy he is,” Stallone said. “He wanted me to stand up for the film.”

Lena Dunham released a statement on Instagram yesterday saying she won’t be promoting Season 5 of her show “Girls.” She wrote, “As many of you know I have endometriosis, a chronic condition that affects approximately 1 in 10 women’s reproductive health. I am currently going through a rough patch with the illness and my body (along with my amazing doctors) let me know, in no uncertain terms, that it’s time to rest.” Season 5 begins on Feb. 21.

Hey Beloved Pals, I just wanted to let you know that, while I am so excited for Girls to return on Feb 21, I won't be out and about doing press for the new season. As many of you know I have endometriosis, a chronic condition that affects approximately 1 in 10 women's reproductive health. I am currently going through a rough patch with the illness and my body (along with my amazing doctors) let me know, in no uncertain terms, that it's time to rest. That's a hard thing to do, but I'm trying, because all I want is to make season 6 of Girls the best one yet. I'm lucky enough to have support and backup from Jenni, Judd and the whole Girls gang. So many women with this disease literally don't have the option of time off and I won't take it for granted. Wishing you all health & happiness, in whatever form suits you. Back soon xxLena

It’s official. Khloe Kardashian and James Harden are done. Sources say she’s actually the one who pulled the plug. Their relationship was definitely tested when she stood by Lamar Odom’s side as he battled back from the brink of death. But James hung in there until Khloe had enough. The same day their split was announced, Khloe uploaded her OkCupid profile on her app and website and she went out to dinner with her ex-boyfriend, French Montana.

Ciara is suing her baby daddy Future for slander and libel. TMZ obtained the court documents. Ciara is asking for $15 million in damages. She also wants Future to delete all of his mean tweets about her mothering skills and she wants a judge to block him from saying anything else about private family matters involving their son, Future.

The battle over Rocco is getting uglier. Madonna took her 15-year-old son on tour with her, but when it stopped in London in December, he bailed and moved in with his father, Guy Ritchie. She’s been trying to get him to move back home to NY ever since. A hearing in NY Supreme Court was initially scheduled for tomorrow, but that’s been pushed back to March 2. In the meantime, Madonna has hired a private investigator to document Guy’s poor parenting. She believes Guy has zero rules for their son, allowing him to skip school, hang out in skate parks all day, smoke and basically do whatever he wants.
