Maria Sharapova is banned from tennis for two years for doping. She says she’s been taking heart medication since 2006 and didn’t realize it had been added to the banned list of substances this year. Maria’s ban lasts until January 25, 2018 and she is appealing the decision. But while she waits, Maria is getting her learn on! She’s enrolled at Harvard Business School.
After 10 years of marriage, Lisa Marie Presley has filed for divorce from Michael Lockwood. She’s not asking for spousal or child support, but she does want full custody of their twin 7-year-old daughters. Lisa Marie and Michael actually have a POSTnuptial agreement, which should make the divorce go way more smoothly.
The Backstreet Boys are back in the studio, working with FLORIDA GEORGIA LINE on a new album. WHAT?? Brian Littrell posted a picture of the studio sound board and captioned it, “In the Lab…..Doing something we’ve never done before….BSB feature with FGL…..Great record….Comes out late August……” Apparently, FGL’s Brian Kelley’s first concert was the Backstreet Boys, so he has a lot of love for my boys. Who can blame him for that? But WHAT is BSB thinking??? So this song they’re doing now will be on the FGL album, due out in August. BSB is also working on a new album and they’ve got plans to do a short residency in Vegas.
If you want a piece of Prince and you don’t have an eBay account, get one. Prince’s ruffled silk shirt and motorcycle jacket from the movie “Purple Rain” are up for auction. The opening bid for his puffy shirt is $3000 and the jacket starts at $6000. Please note that the jacket has minor stains on the right cuff and staining on the interior armpit. This is all part of eBay’s Hollywood Auction 83, which includes 1700 pieces of pop-culture memorabilia. Also up for bid are clothing and costumes worn by Alicia Keys, Marilyn Monroe, Daniel Craig and Britney Spears, just to name a few. Bidding begins at 2pm ET/1pm CT on Friday.
Khloe Kardashian celebrated the big 3-2 by renting out the Dave & Busters in Hollywood. Among those partying with her were her siblings, including Rob, and his fiancee Blac Chyna, John Legend and Chrissy Tiegen, and Evan and Ashlee Simpson-Ross. Khloe came single, but she might not have left that way! She was rubbing up on Trey Songz throughout the night and he was loving it. Would their couple name be Kardongz?
