Andre Johnson is a rapper who goes by the name Christ Bearer when her performs with the hip-hop group, Northstar, which may or may not have ties to the Wu-Tang Clan. Wu-Tang is distancing themselves after what happened yesterday. Andre reportedly cut off his manhood before jumping from the second floor of an apartment building in North Hollywood. Sources told TMZ that after Andre jumped, they ran downstairs and outside to help him, but he was running around and screaming incoherently. He was taken to the hospital with serious injuries.

An arrest warrant was issued yesterday for “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Porsha Williams. Kenya Moore filed a police report against Porsha for attacking her at the reunion taping earlier this month. Kenya has been tormenting Porsha all season, alluding to the fact that her ex-husband Kordell Stewart is gay. The final straw was when Kenya brought bedroom toys to the reunion show and suggested Porsha used them on Kordell. Sources say, “Porsha beat the s*** out of her! She is a little thing and she jumped on her and pulled her down to the ground by her hair!” Porsha turned herself in this morning. She was booked on a misdemeanor battery charge and released.

Jenny McCarthy announced on “The View” yesterday that she and Donnie Wahlberg are engaged. She was squealing and hugging and jumping around on the set, showing off her massive yellow sapphire engagement ring. Jenny said Donnie proposed with the help of her 11-year-old son, Evan, who ran back and forth carrying cards that read “Will you marry” one word at a time, and then Donnie walked out wearing a shirt that said, “Me.” Then he got down on one knee and Jenny said yes. This will be the second marriage for both. Donnie has two sons from his previous marriage, which ended in 2008. Jenny divorced director John Asher in 2005.

Bruce Jenner by her side, Kris Jenner went to the hospital in Thousand Oaks, CA, yesterday. E! is reporting that Kris had been experiencing some internal pains, and that she went through a series of tests and X-rays “for precautionary reasons.” Meantime, a rep for her son, Rob Kardashian, says despite the rumors, Rob is not in rehab for depression, sizzurp, overeating, or ANYTHING. In fact, one source says that when the false rehab story hit the internet, Rob was in the middle of a workout with celebrity trainer, Gunnar Peterson.

Miley Cyrus is still hospitalized after an allergic reaction to antibiotics. Her rep told E! News that Miley was suffering from a sinus infection — not the flu — when she canceled her show in Charlotte, NC, last week. Doctors prescribed her the antibiotic cephalexin, which is what caused her extreme allergic reaction. The rep said, “This type of extreme reaction can last from 5 to 27 days in these types of cases. She will remain hospitalized and is under a doctor’s care until we see some improvement in her condition.” When doctors told her yesterday morning that she would have to stay in the hospital, Miley announced on Twitter that her concert in St. Louis was canceled. She tweeted, “I can’t get a hold of my team because it is so early so I want to be the one to tell my fans especially the ones trekking to get there. The hospital is saying I wont be released today. Therefore Im not going 2 make it 2 St. Louis. Im so sorry but somethings are outta my control.” No word on whether the show will be rescheduled. No word yet on whether her concert in Nashville is still on for tomorrow night.
