Will Smith & Jada Pinkett Smith’s $240 Million Divorce

Weekend box office news… More bad news about Jared Fogle…Ashlee Simpson Ross’ unique baby name… Drama at Bobbi Kristina Brown’s funeral… and Will Smith & Jada Pinkett Smith’s $240 million divorce

“Mission: Impossible — Rogue Nation” opened with $56 million this weekend, which is better than the expected $40 million the movie studio expected it to bring in. In fact, “Rogue Nation” took in $20.4 million on Friday alone, making it the best single-day opening in “Mission: Impossible” history. Coming in second was the new “Vacation” movie with $14.9 million. Third place belongs to “Ant-Man” with $12.6 million.

Subway just wants us all to know up front that they’ve severed ties with Jared Fogle. Now that THAT’s out of the way, Jared is being accused of paying a 16-year-old girl to do the dirty deed. The FBI has subpoenaed legal documents containing text message exchanges from 2008 between Jared and a now former Subway franchisee in which Jared asked for all sorts of kinky things and admitted to the relationship with a 16-year-old he found on Craigslist.

On her Instagram, Ashlee Simpson Ross has only one post for her 209K followers — “We are overjoyed about the birth of our precious baby girl Jagger Snow Ross July 30, 2015 — Ashlee & Evan.” Back in June, Evan Ross told “People” that the couple had picked a unique name for their baby and that we would “figure out the story behind it” once they revealed it. In other baby news, Charlize Theron has adopted a second child. She named her new baby girl August. Her son Jackson is now 3.

Things got ugly at Bobbi Kristina Brown’s funeral on Saturday. When Krissi’s Aunt Pat Houston got up to speak, Bobby Brown’s sister Leolah Brown stood up and started heckling her, shouting that Whitney Houston’s ghost was going to haunt her for what she’s done. Tyler Perry actually escorted Leolah outside where she spouted off to the paparazzi gathered outside. Apparently, Leolah didn’t like that the funeral had a Sweet 16 theme — apparently because Krissi never had a Sweet 16 party — and that in lieu of flowers, Pat asked for donations be made to the Marion P. Foundation….as in Marion Pat Houston!

RadarOnline.com is reporting that after 17 years of marriage, Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith are ending their marriage. A source said, “They’re exhausted from trying to maintain the façade of a happy union. They’ve decided to pull the plug in a carefully choreographed manner, (and) agree announcing their split at the end of the summer is the right move.” The source said they’ve already worked out a settlement to protect their $240 million fortune and they’ve prepared their kids for the fallout.
