A man who claimed to be the second coming of Christ has been arrested for stalking and harassing Jennifer Lawrence’s brother. Twenty-three-year-old Han Cong Zao would’ve preferred to be stalking and harassing Jennifer, but his omniscient powers were on the fritz and he couldn’t come up with her contact info. However, her brother Blaine isn’t quite so secretive. So Cong has been bombarding Blaine with phone calls, emails and text messages, claiming he’s Jennifer’s “husband for life” and that he needs to protect her. When Blaine didn’t hook a brother up, he started threatening Blaine, texting, “You got me really upset. When I’m, when I’m upset, let’s see what happens, alright?” Then Cong flew to Jennifer’s hometown in Kentucky, went straight to the local police station to ask for the address of Jennifer’s mom’s house. That’s when he was placed under arrest and claimed to be the second coming of Christ. He was involuntarily admitted to the hospital for a psychiatric evaluation and once he was released, he was placed under arrest again, charged with interstate stalking and harassment.

TMZ is reporting that Chris Brown is under investigation for that fender bender last week. The woman he bumped into claims Chris refused to give her his driver’s license number and then gave her the wrong insurance info. So if this is true and he’s found guilty of hit-and-run, Chris could be in violation of his probation for beating up Rihanna and that could send him back to jail for up to 4 years. BUT! Chris says the problem with this story is, it’s not true!! First of all, his girlfriend Karrueche Tran was in the car with him when this fender bender occurred, and she snapped a picture of the woman’s bumper showing zero damage. And sources in his camp told TMZ that not only did Chris give that woman the right information, but when his lawyer tried to contact her, she hung up on him! And now she won’t answer the phone at all!

However, she might want to give Justin that same order when it comes to his driving. Justin is under investigation AGAIN for reckless driving. At least two people — one of them reportedly Keyshawn Johnson — called 911 Sunday night to report that Justin was driving at a “startling rate of speed” in his gated neighborhood in Calabasas, and at least one child was playing in the area as he zoomed by. TMZ is reporting that police responded, but Justin refused to speak with them. So now the case will be presented to the DA’s office for their review.

On Thursday, movers were seen loading the last of his belongings out of her place. Sources say it was Katy Perry who encouraged him to end things once and for all. And on Sunday, the two of them were spotted crashing a wedding rehearsal at a resort in Santa Barbara. One of the wedding guests tweeted, “Robert Pattinson & Katy Perry at the rehearsal! New item?” Another tweeted, “Robert Pattinson is in the same room as me #omg #fangirlmoment.” One of the guests told “People” that Rob and Katy were just sitting there watching, and there was no body language that would indicate they’re dating.
