Man, if I actually make the move to Waxahachie, it will be a serious change to my routine. I’ve lived in Downtown/Uptown for 10 years. And, I have looked at a few places in Waxahachie that I really like. Now, if you don’t know, I am a creature of habit.
I wake up at the same time everyday. I leave my house at the same time for work. I stop at the same Starbucks to get my same cup of coffee and I arrive at work at the same time. After work, I leave and hopefully, I get to jog/walk 2-4 miles on the same trail. Then, I head to my restaurant in Waxahachie to work for 3 hours. After that, I head to get a quick bite or to have beer, at one of 2 of my regular places, (located less than a mile from where I live), where I get to chat with my usual friends and bartenders. After that, I go home and that’s my day. Like I said, if I actually change where I live, it will change my everyday routine in the morning as well as in the evening. I know people move all the time and disrupt their daily routines and create new routines. But, I’m just trying to figure out if this is what I really want to do.
