Day 1 at the new restaurant was fine. Day 2, NOT SO MUCH! Oh my…The new restaurant is in a building that has more businesses in it. And there was another problem with the gas line. So, the gas company turned off the gas for the entire building (for everybody) until we could figure out where the leak was. That meant no heat and no hot water for the entire building, (not just me)…Oh, and NO KITCHEN.

And of course, I had booked our first Christmas party for 65 people for 5pm. Well, needless to say that wasn’t good. The plumber couldn’t come back until 4:30p and the party was at 5. So, there was only one solution. I had to go buy a BBQ grill. So, Off I went to buy a grill and charcoal. But I had to do something. So, the people came, and fortunately, they brought body heat. I explained the situation. And I think, they understood. The gas was restored by 8pm.

And I wanted 3 restaurants???
