Mission Impossible is pretty dang good. I got to check it out last night at a screening. Tom Cruise re-secured his spot as official Bad-ass. In fact, just knowing that it really was him hanging off the side of the airplane made the whole movie better. Who was the official Bad-ass action movie guy prior to this week? Let’s Discuss.

It was a movie date with my girlfriend. And not only that, it was one of those rare weeknight dates. And it was a nice one. Hopefully, we can have lots more of those during this last year that she will be living here. Yes, if you haven’t heard, she will be moving to Detroit in 11 months to begin her fellowship as a plastic surgeon. I guess, at some point, the two of us will talk about her relocating but for now, it seems to be the thing that doesn’t come up. I’d rather just talk about the Tom Cruise movie!
