I am going back and fourth about whether I am going out of town this week for spring break. There was a time when if I had a minute of off time, I would hop on a plane. I just have SOOO many things that I need to do, I don’t know if its a good idea to leave all of those things undone for 3-4 days and go to the beach. It just seems like a silly thing to do. But then again, the work will be here when I get back. I just want to get some rest time in. UGH, I don’t know. Stay tuned as I battle this out in my mind and try to figure out if I should take this much needed break.

One of the things that I need to do sooner than later is to get more organized. I have to admit, it would be nice to be more organized and actually know where things are. I have one huge storage unit. That is where I basically stored all of my restaurant “stuff” that I moved last week…but honestly, I could use another large storage unit to really access and inventory everything that I have. I know it sounds silly but this would at least allow me to go through everything and actually know where everything is that I currently have packed away in boxes. Sometimes you can have so much “inventory” in your life that it makes it impossible to move. UGH…But, on the other hand, the “stuff” will be there when I get back…
