This is good news, bad news day. For those that have not heard us mention it on the air, I am opening another restaurant soon.

The good news is that MOST of my kitchen equipment and furniture will be delivered today. This has been a long time in the works. It has taken a lot of planning and measuring and more planning. Even with all of the planning, I have made some mistakes. The biggest mistake was the date that I WAS planning our Grand Opening to be on was in the middle of the Kidd’s Kids trip. So, that brings me to the bad news. I’m going to postpone the Grand Opening. I was in such a hurry to get the cash register ringing, that I scheduled the opening a little too soon. So, the opening will have to wait for a week or so. Dang!
