Ok, I have made hotel reservations and I have made airline reservations. I have talked over plans with my sound guy and he’s set. We have ordered the stage and it should be set up today. I have my off-duty police scheduled. I have 2 extra portable bars. We have red carpet ready to be put down. We have step and repeats that have been made. There are camera guys to film the guests as they walk up on the red carpet. The back drop for the stage has been made. I scheduled the ground transportation for the artists. The turntables for Spinderella and the CDJs for Naughty by Nature have been rented. The ads have been run in print and the banners have been hung. I have even ordered extra Hennessey and Courvoisier for my brothers and sisters!

Despite the planning and organizing, I have surely let something slip through the cracks. I just have this butterfly feeling in my stomach that I forgot something. But the show will go on and we will have fun!
