I bought a book called “Thinner in 30” and it is filled with 30 things to do that should hopefully have me, well, Thinner. I am in a weight loss competition with some guys and I don’t want to lose. The first “Thing” that it says to do is to drink 20 sips of water before you do anything else in the morning. Ok, That’s done for today. I will be doing that everyday. The second thing (I won’t be doing two of these things each day but today, I will…) is to start a food diary. This book says I should write down every bite of food or drink that I put in my mouth. And I should also go one step further. I should email the list of food every day. Who wants to get my food diary? haha. I’ll let you know what the next steps are tomorrow.
I am really close to opening my second restaurant. The lease isn’t signed yet so I can’t say much about where it is (and I don’t want to jinx anything), but I do know that it will have a sports theme just like The MAT. A big difference in starting the new place is that I get to make all of the decisions. (When I bought The MAT, It was already operating.) So, I get to come up with the menu, drink menu, specials, policies, procedures, hire the staff, events, KARAOKE nights, Everything!!! It should be fun. And I will give you more info soon.
