FINALLY! After a gestation period that rivaled that of Jessica Simpson, Wiz Khalifa and Amber Rose have announced the birth of their son, Sebastian “The Bash” Taylor Thomaz. Everybody is said to be doing fabulously.
After 8 somewhat tumultuous years, Josh Brolin and Diane Lane have decided to end their marriage. Josh’s stepmom, Barbra Streisand, introduced the couple and they were married about a year and a half later. And then just four months after that, Josh was arrested after Diane claimed he hit her. But the two of them worked it out and managed to stay together for a good run. They’ve been separated for several months, but now, a rep for the couple says the relationship has run its course.
We always hear actors talking about the roles that got away, but what about singers who passed on a hit song? Nicole Scherzinger has had a few palm to the forehead moments for letting a hit song slip through her fingers. She told “Notion” magazine that she got the demo for “We Found Love” but was too busy at the time to do anything with it. That song went on to be recorded by Rihanna and Calvin Harris and reached multi-platinum status. She also passed on Lady Gaga’s “Just Dance.” Of course, Gaga recorded that herself and you know what happened with that. And finally, it was probably a smart move for Nicole to pass on what became the Gnarls Barkley hit, “Crazy.”
Lindsay Lohan has lost a chance to make a quick buck off her lawsuit against Pitbull. She didn’t like Pitbull’s line, “I got it locked up like Lindsay Lohan” in his song, “Give Me Everything.” She says she didn’t give him permission to use her name and he had no right to make money off of her and it left her an emotional wreck! How could she NOT sue?? But yesterday a federal judge dismissed the lawsuit, saying Pitbull’s song is a work of art protected by the First Amendment. And besides, the song isn’t really about Lindsay. She’s just some throw-away line in it.
TMZ challenged its viewers to figure out who this “David” guy Britney Spears has been seeing lately. And now we know a few details. He’s David Lucado. He’s 27. He’s originally from Appomattox, VA, but moved to Atlanta after high school and then to LA for some girl. But that relationship ended a few months ago and he’s completely free to date Britney. David’s not a rich guy. He does field research for a law firm. But he does like rich guy stuff, like golf. In fact, on a recent date, David took Britney golfing at the Sherwood Country Club. Britney reportedly liked it so much that she’s thinking about becoming a member.
