Tim McGraw will no longer star in his Netflix bull riding show, if there’s even going to be Netflix bull riding show! The untitled show was announced last may, with Tim attached as the star and as an executive producer. But sources say Tim needs back surgery, which will require major recovery time. And this is coming off orthopedic surgeries on both of his knees last August, which forced Tim to cancel the rest of his 2024 dates. Tim is still hoping the show can go on without him, but that remains unclear. According to the description, “The drama follows a megastar champion (McGraw) facing a life-or-death crossroads when confronted by the arrival of a fearless young rider whose very existence challenges his ways and unearths secrets that force him to reckon with his past.”

Season 29 of The Bachelor kicked off last night with Jenn Tran reject Grant Ellis taking the lead. In honor of the occasion, People magazine shared 13 rules the contestants have to follow. Some you may already know, some you may not.

1 – Age and Eligibility: Contestants must be at least 21 years old, legal U.S. or Canadian residents (excluding Quebec), and single, with finalized divorces if applicable.

2 – Confidentiality: Participants cannot disclose they’ve been cast or share details about the show, even during casting.

3 – Pre-Show Evaluations: Contestants may undergo physical, medical, and psychological testing before filming.

4 – 24/7 Filming Agreement: Contestants must consent to being filmed and audiotaped at nearly all times, though privacy is granted in bathrooms or personal moments.

5 – Dress Code and Wardrobe: Participants bring their own clothes but must follow a dress code, especially for night one, where stylists and producers approve outfits.

6 – Scripted Limo Entrances: Producers help contestants plan unique limo entrances, often crafting one-liners or themes to stand out.

7 – No Eating During Filmed Dates: Contestants eat before filming dates to avoid unflattering on-camera moments and mic interference.

8 – No Phones or Internet Access: Personal devices are confiscated to ensure contestants focus solely on the experience. Exceptions are made for parents, who receive limited access.

9 – Restricted Entertainment: Books, music, and technology are generally banned, but occasional movies and certain printed materials are allowed during downtime.

10 – “Journey” Language Rule: The word “process” is prohibited; participants must use “journey” to describe their experience.

11 – Household Chores: Contestants are responsible for their own cooking and laundry, except during catered rose ceremonies.

12 – Spoiler Restrictions: After filming, contestants must keep outcomes and relationships confidential under strict contractual agreements.

13 – Engagement Ring Clause: If couples break up within two years of the finale, the Neil Lane engagement ring must be returned.

In other Bachelor Nation news, Rachael Kirkconnell will be on Alex Cooper’s Call Her Daddy podcast, with the YouTube stream available at 9pm ET/ 8pm CT tonight. In the clip teased on the podcast’s Instagram yesterday, Rachael sits down in the interview chair wearing “UNWELL” sweats. It’s captioned, “It’s her turn to speak.” On January 16, seemingly out of nowhere, former Bachelor Matt James posted a lovely photo of him and Rachael on Instagram, captioning it, “Father God, give Rachael and I strength to mend our broken hearts. Give us a peace about this decision to end our relationship that transcends worldly understanding. Shower our friends and family with kindness and love to comfort us. And remind us that our Joy comes from you, Lord.” While some sources were saying Rachael was blindsided, one source told Us Weekly that the breakup was a long time coming because “Matt just couldn’t commit to her.” It will be interesting to hear what Rachael has to say, especially after Deuxmoi’s post yesterday from “Anon,” “Just left my apartment in kips bay and walked past matt james and rachael kirkconnell.” Rachael responded, “Hmm wasn’t me lol.”

A New York judge set a March 2026 trial date for the Blake Lively vs. Justin Baldoni It Ends With Us showdown, and an initial hearing has been moved up from mid-February to next week. Blake and Ryan Reynolds’ attorneys are asking for a gag order preventing Justin’s attorney from releasing any more text messages and raw footage making Blake look bad and tainting the potential jury pool. Most recently, a 7-minute voice memo Justin left for Blake at 2am was released. This reportedly was in response to a disagreement the two of them had over the rooftop scene that Ryan had re-written for the movie. In the memo,  Justin apologized for their disagreement, and praised Blake’s creative input. He also acknowledged the challenges Blake has faced in Hollywood, promising he wouldn’t let that happen this time, apologizing for falling short and vowing to improve their working relationship. Basically, it sounds like Justin is kissing Blake’s butt to get this movie done.
