Jessica and her family recently suffered a horrible loss and it will be difficult to celebrate the holidays this year.

“I am nominating my coworker/friend, Jessica. She is a single mother solely raising and providing for her three children, Joseph, Elizabeth, and Tyler, with little to no support from their dad. She has ensured all of their needs were met including special medical needs and mental health care. She always puts others first and apologizes when she does things for herself, as if she’s doing something wrong. She rarely does anything for herself. On September 3, 2023, Jessica and her family’s lives changed forever when oldest son, Joseph, was in a fatal car accident. She has clung to her faith through this loss. Unfortunately, Joseph’s life insurance did not cover the full cost of funeral expenses, creating additional financial responsibility for her. To know Jessica and her family is to love them. This family has lost so much, and they would greatly benefit from this Christmas blessing.”
