Pax Jolie-Pitt’s e-bike accident. Father-son legal battles. Britney Spears biopic in the works. All this AND MUCH MORE!

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt’s second eldest son, Pax, has crashed AGAIN. In May of last year, he smashed his Tesla into the back of a parked box truck. The Tesla was totaled, but Pax wasn’t hurt. A couple months later, Pax crashed his e-bike into the back of a car. This time, he wasn’t so lucky. Pax wasn’t wearing a helmet and witnesses actually thought he died at the scene. Thankfully, that wasn’t the case, but it put him in ICU for a few days. Now here we are six months later and Pax has crashed his e-bike again! This time he was wearing a helmet, but he was riding down the street with no hands. He ended up T-boning a car, causing significant door damage.

OJ Simpson passed away in April 2024 at the age of 76, following a battle with prostate cancer. Now, OJ’s estate is locked in a legal dispute with OJ’s son over OJ’s house. It’s a bit confusing, but here we go….The attorney acting as the special administrator of OJ’s estate has filed a lawsuit against Primary Holdings, LLC — a company reportedly owned and operated by OJ’s son Justin. According to the attorney, Primary Holdings bought the house where OJ was living before his death. This arrangement was meant to protect his financial interests and shield the property from creditor claims. However, the attorney claims OJ — not the LLC — continued to make house payments. After his dad died, Justin moved into the home, claiming that because he owns Primary Holdings, the house now belongs to him. And he’s refusing to leave the property or pay back the estate for the payments OJ made.

Billy Ray Cyrus’ son Trace says his dad is threatening to take legal action against him for that open letter he posted on Instagram last week. After Billy Ray’s shaky appearance at an inauguration ball, Trace posted a letter asking his dad to get help. In a followup message to Billy Ray, Trace posted, “Dad my message was beyond loving. I could have been extremely honest about a lot more but I don’t want to put your business out there like that. But for you to threaten me with legal action for wanting you to get help is a disgrace. Pappy is looking down at you with such disappointment I can assure you. You should be ashamed of yourself. I will always love you but I no longer respect you as a man. Everyone close to you is terrified to tell you how they really feel. I’m not. Get help.” He then added, “For all of you wondering no I still haven’t heard from my dad. He did contact a family member to let me know he’s taking legal action against me for encouraging him to get help. Dad I live 30 miles away from you. You could’ve just come & talked to me like a man.”

Jon M. Chu will be directing the upcoming Britney Spears biopic based on her autobiography, The Woman in Me. A lot of people have been posting who they’d like to see play Britney, and Jon is paying attention! He told Entertainment Tonight he’d be combing through all the suggestions, which have included big names like Sydney Sweeney and Sabrina Carpenter. But Life & Style says Jon is deeply considering Selena Gomez or Natalie Portman for the role. Their source says, “Britney adores Natalie Portman and thinks she’s such an incredible actress. She’d love to see her cast and thinks with the right make-up artist she could easily be transformed. The same goes for Selena Gomez. She’s someone Britney loves as a person and as an artist. She thinks she’s mighty talented and knows she’d also have her own history as a child star to draw on, which would make things easier.”

The Eagles face the Chiefs in New Orleans for Super Bowl LIX. This is a rematch of Super Bowl LVII, which the Chiefs won, 35-32.
The Chiefs and are hoping to become the first team to three-peat Super Bowl wins, and as of last night, DraftKings SportsBook has them at 1.5-point favorites. But as Fox Sports reported, “The Chiefs are easily the least-liked organization in the NFL. People are tired of seeing them win.” Patrick Mahomes wouldn’t disagree. It was this time last year when he told CBS, “You turn into that villain. You turn into that team that everybody doesn’t want to win. You have to embrace that, too, in order to be great.”
Travis Kelce is taking some heat online. After dropping a little KC and the Sunshine Band’s “Do a little dance, make a little love, get down tonight…” on the victory stage, some of the commenters called him “corny as hell” and the “most cringy player of all time.” But rather than roll her eyes, Taylor Swift just laughed and clapped. After hugging and kissing and exchanging “I love you” and “I love you so much,” Travis and Taylor hopped in an SUV and headed to one of his favorite hangouts, Prime Social. Patrick and Brittany Mahomes arrived in one of their Lamborghinis. And those who were invited arrived on a red party bus Travis likes to rent out for victory celebrations such as this. Travis’ parents were on board, but Taylor’s parents reportedly went straight back to Nashville.
Meantime, there was a lot of discussion over Taylor’s game-day outfit, which included a necklace with a coin pendant featuring a pair of intertwined snakes. Because nothing Taylor does is unintentional, Swifties believe she’s about to announce the release of Reputation (Taylor’s Version) any day now. It could happen this Sunday at the Grammys. That’s the same stage she chose to announce The Tortured Poets Department album last year.
