IF you choose to believe MediaTakeOut.com, Porsha Stewart is faking a divorce from Kordell Stewart so she won’t get fired from “Real Housewives of Atlanta.” They say their sources told them that Porsha and Kordell cooked this whole storyline up and that the producers bought it. But I saw her on “Watch What Happens Live” with Andy Cohen, and if she is faking this divorce thing, then she deserves an Emmy for her incredible acting skills because it doesn’t seem fake at all to me.

TMZ got the police report on the death of Kris Kross’ rapper Chris Kelly. According to the report, Chris’ mom is the one who called 911 asking for help, and when paramedics arrived at his Atlanta home, they found him lying on the living room couch with “no life signs.” They tried to revive him and failed. But he wasn’t pronounced dead until he was taken to the hospital. And reportedly, Chris’ mother told police that the night before her son died, he had taken a mixture of heroin and cocaine — “speedballs.” And she is the one who drove him home to sleep it off, just like she’d done several times before. She says her son felt really nauseous all morning and then finally passed out. But he never woke up again.

Reese Witherspoon is embarrassed and sorry, y’all! She was on “Good Morning America” Thursday and spoke to George Stephanopoulos (who’s getting all the good interviews lately!) about the night she and her husband Jim Toth were arrested in Atlanta. She said they’d been out to dinner and had one too many glasses of wine. Reese says they thought they were fine to drive, but they absolutely were not. She says when the officer pulled them over and started to arrest her husband, she panicked and didn’t know what she was saying. In addition to the “Do you know my name?” comments, she told him she was pregnant. But she’s not pregnant! She was just saying crazy stuff. Reese says she’s sorry for the disrespect she showed the officer. But she told George that the hardest part was telling her kids, 13-year-old Ava and 9-year-old Deacon. She told them that she and Jim are taking responsibility for what they did and that they’re doing everything in their power to make it right. She also says they made a mistake and that it will never happen again.

Jonathan Jaxson is a publicist who’s apparently more interested in publicizing himself. Why else would he tweet Wednesday night, “I just spoke to @AmandaBynes and she is sooo messed up on drugs and please @NY_POLICE find her and help her! I don’t know her address! @TMZ” Um….would a more effective method be calling 911? He says he did and that he didn’t tweet for attention, but he sure hasn’t stopped tweeting about it ever since. Anyway, Jenny McCarthy apparently heard some publicist said police were at Amanda’s house and tweeted it, adding, “I hope they get her help. Enough of this circus. She needs help.” She later added, “…if no one can back it up it could be wrong. So start digging.” Apparently, she was wrong and Amanda WENT OFF on her on her own Twitter. “@JennyMcCarthy you’re ugly! Police weren’t at my house old lady! Shut the f*** up!” and then “I need help? What are u talking about? Aren’t u 50 years old? I’m 27, u look 80 compared to me! Why are you talking about me?” So Jenny tweeted, “Sorry girl. Looking out for ya.” And that was enough of an apology for Amanda, who responded, “thanks! I’m sorry I offended you! You’re beautiful! I was lying! I’ll delete our tweets!” She did, but not before the entire world screen-grabbed them.

Has Lindsay Lohan done it again?! After she checked herself into Morningside Recovery in Newport Beach — all because they’d let her smoke — her lawyer had to go to court and try to convince the judge that she didn’t violate her probation by not going to the prosecutor-approved Seafield Center in Westhampton Beach, NY — which wouldn’t allow her to smoke. The prosecutor was LIVID, saying he’d been blindsided by the change and that he had to find out about it from the media. But the judge said Morningside seems okay to him. But he gave the prosecutors a week to investigate and make sure this place is acceptable. Meantime, Lindsay stays at Morningside. How does she do it???
