One of the reasons Leah Remini finally left the Church of Scientology was because when she questioned the disappearance of leader David Miscavige’s wife, Shelly, she was basically told to shut the (BLANK) up and then had to undergo rigorous testing. And now, RadarOnline has found out that Leah has filed a missing person’s report with the LAPD to find her. According to this anti-Scientology blog, Shelly has been holed up at the church’s compound in Lake Arrowhead since late 2005 or early 2006. But is she? And if she is, is she being held there against her will? The church says, “Mrs. Miscavige is a private person and her affairs are a private matter. She continues to work in the Church as she always has.”
Usher’s ex-wife Tameka Foster has asked for an emergency custody hearing today because she doesn’t believe her two sons with Usher are safe with him. Usher won primary custody of their boys last year, but his Aunt Rena was watching 5-year-old Usher Raymond V when he almost drowned in a swimming pool Monday. Tameka wants Aunt Rena at today’s hearing so her lawyers can ask her about what led up to that almost-tragic incident. But guess what? Aunt Rena is nowhere to be found! Tameka’s lawyers tried to subpoena her, but they can’t find her anywhere.
The male model who claims that he — not Scott Disick — is the father of Kourtney Kardashian’s 3-year-old son Mason has filed a paternity suit asking for joint custody. Michael Girgenti claims he met Kourtney during a photo shoot in August 2008. They kept in touch sporadically but then in March of 2009, Michael says Kourtney told him that she and Scott were “on the outs” and that she wanted to hang with him. So OBVIOUSLY they hooked up and guess what? About nine months later, baby Mason was born! Michael says he immediately noticed that kid looked an awfully lot like him and tried to contact her, but she wouldn’t call him back. Huh! So Michael went to the media. Certainly THAT would get her attention. Nope! So Michael filed the paperwork yesterday, asking the judge to order DNA testing and he’s requesting joint custody. The judge set a hearing for next month.
Even though Kim Kardashian has been in hiding at her mom’s house ever since she gave birth to baby North on June 15, she’s been filming “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” the whole time. RadarOnline says cameras have been rolling since Kim and Kanye brought the baby home. Even though Kanye is angry out the intrusion, a source says Kim is contractually obligated to film. But, the source says, the baby hasn’t been filmed close up. We’ll only see her from a distance while Kim is holding her. The source says Kim would absolutely want to show North on the show, but Kanye is adamantly opposed to it.
Simon Cowell is known to gift his ex-girlfriends with mansions — a lovely multi-million dollar parting gift for keeping your mouth shut, don’t you think? And apparently this is the case for his soon-to-be baby mama, Lauren Silverman. The UK Mirror is reporting that Simon bought Lauren a $15 million mansion in Beverly Hills. Apparently, the plan is for Lauren to live there with the baby and her mother while Simon keeps a place nearby for visits. Lauren is currently divorcing her husband, real estate developer, Andrew. They have a 7-year-old son together.
