Brad Pitt is suing Angelina Jolie for selling her stake of their wine company without giving him a heads up first. Back in 2008 — when they were still in love — the couple bought a controlling interest in Chateau Miraval. They loved the wine so much, they bought the vineyard and the 35-room mansion on the winery’s property. They were even married in a little chapel there in 2014. Two years later, they broke up and the divorce was finalized in 2019, however, they’re still fighting over the kids and their assets. In the lawsuit about Chateau Miraval, Brad alleges that when they bought the winery they made a pact to never sell off their personal interests in the company without the consent of the other. Was this in writing? Unclear. But the lawsuit claims that in October of last year, Angelina sold her interest without telling Brad, but “with the knowledge that the new owners would seek to control the business and undermine his own investment in the company that he helped develop.” The lawsuit also states that Brad continued to pour millions of dollars into the winery, even after Angelina stopped. He’s seeking unspecified damages and wants the courts to declare her sale to be null and voided.

Kendall Jenner’s tequila 818 is being sued by competitor Tequila 512 for ripping them off. For starters, 512 claims 818 copied their idea of naming the tequila after an area code. 818 is the San Fernando Valley and 512 is Austin. 512 claims the color scheme is so similar, it’s meant to confuse consumers. 512 also called out Kim Kardashian in the lawsuit, claiming something shady happened when Kim’s app “Kim Kardashian: Hollywood” was promoting Kendall’s 818 and for some reason the 512 bottle was front-and-center on the in-game images. The lawsuit states, “Either Defendant intentionally used Plaintiff’s bottle, hoping to further blur the lines between the two products, or Defendant was itself confused about the difference between the two brands.” Kendall is not named as a defendant, only the company is being sued. 512 wants a judge to halt the production and sales of 818, and they’re also asking for all of the profits 818 has made so far.

Kanye West has announced that “Donda 2” will only be available on his Stem Player device, which you can buy for $200 on StemPlayer.com. It’s time to free music from this oppressive system. It’s time to take control and build our own.” Kanye later unveiled the album’s 22-song track list. Meantime, Kim Kardashian has made a huge statement by unfollowing Kanye on Instagram.
