JJ Abrams has been named the director of the next “Star Wars” movie. Reportedly Ben Affleck was among those being considered, as well as “The Dark Knight” director, Christopher Nolan; “Transformers” director, Michael Bay; and “Iron Man” director Jon Favreau. So the man who gave us “Lost” and directed “Star Trek” will take a stab at “Star Wars.”
Sofia Vergara and her fiance, Nick Loeb, reportedly are trying to keep their relationship together by going through couples’ counseling. But just to be on the safe side, they’ve called off their search for a house in Beverly Hills. The two of them broke up back in May but got back together at her 40th birthday party in July, which is when he popped the question. But it hasn’t exactly been smooth sailing for the couple. It’ll be a miracle if they make it down the aisle, don’t you think?

Despite whatever did or didn’t happen between Jennifer and her ex-husband, Marc Anthony, in that NY hotel room, Casper Smart was by her side for the Las Vegas premiere of her new movie, “Parker.” But what may or may not have happened in that hotel room may have been what led to the breakup of Marc and his girlfriend of one year — the woman he called his “Statue of Liberty,” Shannon de Lima.
That rendezvous Taylor Swift was shooting for didn’t quite work out like she planned. Taylor said she was flying to London for a photo shoot, but whatever. Everybody knows she was hoping to meet with Harry Styles during the brief 4 days he had off. Reportedly, Harry was put off by how quickly Taylor got serious about their relationship and the fact that she got a hotel room right next to his house freaked him out. So he blew her off and was photographed hanging out with some hot blonde in a London nightclub. The next day, Taylor high-tailed it to Spain where she was photographed having dinner with some girlfriends.
After their late father’s widow told “In Touch” magazine that Robert Kardashian wrote diaries detailing Kris Jenner’s extra-marital affair and how she abandoned her family and abused her kids, the Kardashians fired back! Both Kim and Khloe took to Twitter yesterday to vent. First it was Kim, who tweeted the following series of messages:
So my dad’s ex is selling ridiculous stories again to tabloids! Do not believe it! Sad when people need $ & get desperate.”
Khloe re-tweeted Kim and then added her own:
“You should be hiding in shame for all of the lies you sell to tabloids!!”
“You have no right to even mention our names especially my mothers! We don’t know you!!! How dare you spread such lies! You are a disgrace”
