There’s something for everyone on the big screen with new movies hitting the theaters this weekend: Evil Dead and Jurassic Park 3D. Watch trailers and see how they’re scoring on Rotten Tomatotes.

“Evil Dead”

The remake of 1981 horror classic stars Jane Levy and Jessica Lucas. Five friends find a cabin in the woods, where they accidentally unleash evil sporty by reading from an ancient book called the Necronomicon. There are many similarities and references to the original Evil Dead, chopping off possessed body parts and the gore. Bruce Campbell, who stared in the original movie, is one of the producers of the film.

  “Evil Dead” got a 81% on Rotten Tomatoes.

 

Jurassic Park 3D

A 3D version of Steven Spielberg’s 1993 movie with Sam Neill, Laura Dern and Jeff Goldblum. A theme park filled with dinosaurs brought to life through the power of cloning. Everything goes south when one of the workers tried to steal some embryos and shuts off the fences separating the dinosaurs from the scientists.

Jurassic Park 3D got a 89% on Rotten Tomatoes.
