“Hocus Pocus” debuted in 1993 and it’s become a cult classic. And now, FINALLY, discussions have been had, negotiations have been done, dotted lines have been signed and “Hocus Pocus 2” is happening. Bette Midler posted yesterday, “Sistaaaahs! It’s been 300 years… but we’re BACK!” Sarah Jessica Parker added, “Yep. I’m ready. To run. Amok, amok, amok, amok…???” Kathy Najimy posted, “The people have spoken: I smell children…again.” And all three ended with “#HocusPocus2 arrives Fall 2022 on @DisneyPlus.” All we know about the sequel is that the Sanderson sisters are summoned from their supernatural exile to once again torment those living in modern-day Salem, Massachusetts.

Olivia Rodrigo’s new album “Sour” just dropped and now Joshua Bassett is trending on Twitter. Olivia and Joshua play a couple on the Disney+ series “High School Musical: The Musical: The Series” and, although they never confirmed it, it’s rumored they dated in real life. When Olivia released her first single “Drivers License” everyone blasted Joshua for breaking Olivia’s heart and leaving her for Sabrina Carpenter. But in another song off “Sour” called “Traitor,” Olivia sings, “Loved you at your worst but that didn’t matter / It took you two weeks to go off and date her / Guess you didn’t cheat, but you’re still a traitor.” So there! Joshua’s off the hook, right? Nope! Olivia’s fans are still mad.
