Ahead of CinemaCon next week in Vegas, we just found some movie release dates. Avengers: Doomsday will hit theaters on May 1, 2026. This movie will feature the Fantastic Four, featuring Pedro Pascal as Mr. Fantastic, Anthony Mackie as Captain America, Vanessa Kirby as the Invisible Woman, and Evan Moss-Bachrach as Thing. Robert Downey Jr. plays the bad guy, Victor von Doom. On May 15, 2026, look for Verity — Colleen Hoover’s next-novel-turned-movie which she is PRAYING is drama- and lawsuit-free. If you didn’t read the book, here’s a brief synopsis minus any spoilers: A struggling writer named Lowen Ashleigh is hired as a ghostwriter for a famous author named Verity Crawford, who is unable to complete a book she’s been writing. The movie stars Dakota Johnson as Lowen, Anne Hathaway as Verity, and Josh Hartnett as Verity’s husband, Jeremy. And then on May 22, 2026, we get more Pedro Pascal who stars in Star Wars: The Mandalorian and Grogu. This is the first Star Wars film to be in theaters since 2019’s The Rise of Skywalker.
Miley Cyrus has announced her ninth studio album featuring 13 original tracks will be a visual album called Something Beautiful, and it’s coming out May 30. A visual album means it comes with earthier a feature-length film or individual music videos for each song, just to further enhance the overall experience. Kanye West had an online meltdown that led to Kim Kardashian considering seeking sole custody and Jay-Z and Beyoncé considering legal options for him saying cruel things about their 7-year-0ld twins, and then took off for Tokyo! It all started with Kim clashed with Kanye over their daughter North’s involvement in a song with Diddy and they were arguing about the trademark of North’s name. Kanye then threatened a war that neither of them would ever recover from. And that escalated into Kanye being upset that Jay-Z and Beyoncé didn’t come to his wedding and him questioning the mental capacity of their children. And then, radio silence. That’s because Kanye took off for Tokyo to decompress. A source told TMZ that LA can be a “trigger” for Kanye, but Tokyo makes him feel “completely disconnected and calm.” And yesterday, Bianca Censori checked out of the Chateau Marmont, but we’re not sure if she plans on joining Kanye in Tokyo. There are rumors that she’s considering her legal options, too.
Diddy got a small victory in court yesterday. The judge dismissed five of the nine claims in Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones $30M lawsuit against hiss company, Combs Global. Lil Rod produced some songs for Diddy’s 2023 album, The Love Album: Off the Grid. During that time, he claims he saw all sorts of awful behavior from Diddy, including using and distributing drugs, providing alcohol laced with drugs to minors and others, and displaying illegal firearms. Diddy’s legal team claimed Lil Rod’s lawyer exaggerated claims and filled them with irrelevant celebrity name drops, and the judge agreed. He dismissed the RICO (Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act) charge, emotional distress claims, breach of contract, and trafficking claims against Combs Global, saying Lil Rod’s legal team had poorly argued the case for those claims. But he did uphold sexual assault and liability claims, along with trafficking charges against Diddy and his chief of staff, Kristina Khorram.

Photographers caught the two of them strolling through the streets of Paris, smiling for the cameras when they knew they were spotted. But another couple managing to avoid the prying lenses of the paparazzi lately are Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce. A source told Page Six the two of them have been enjoying a secret getaway to Big Sky, Montana, and were spotted having dinner with Erin Andrews, who takes credit for getting those two crazy kids to start dating.
