Julianne Hough and Gabrielle Union are one and done. These ladies replaced Mel B and Heidi Klum on the 14th season of “America’s Got Talent,” but over the weekend it was announced they won’t return. Simon Cowell, Howie Mandel and host Terry Crews will all be back for Season 15. What’s their problem with the ladies on this show?? Of course they’ll try to spin it that the women are too busy with other projects.

After their non-stop social media posts stopped, we all thought Miley Cyrus got tired of Cody Simpson. Plus, didn’t some “source” tell a tabloid that Miley needed some time to concentrate on herself? But it looks like she figured out what she wanted real quick because they are together. Miley turned 27 over the weekend and Cody posted a black and white mirror video with her and captioned it, “Happy birthday baby. Thanks for being you.” And then he posted a black and white photo on his IG Story with the caption “B’Day angel.” And Hollywood Life is reporting that Cody plans to spend Thanksgiving with Miley and her family at her place outside Nashville.

Hey there, Tennessee Kid. You got some explainin’ to do. Justin Timberlake is shooting a movie in New Orleans with Alisha Wainwright — who you may know from the Netflix series “Raising Dion.” They were at a cast party at the Absinthe House on Bourbon Street hanging out on the balcony. Well, looking up from the street, you could see them holding hands under the table and Alisha put her hand on Justin’s knee….a little too close to his thigh, if you ask me. And there’s also a video showing an inebriated Justin steadying himself with his arm around Alisha’s waist. The Sun published the photos on Saturday so I’m sure Justin and Jessica Biel had an exciting weekend discussing all that. But a source who apparently was at the bar is trying to make us all believe that Justin and Alisha’s relationship is strictly platonic. “They’re like brother and sister!” Mm-hmmm…And Alisha’s rep told “Us Weekly,” “There is no validity to this speculation. They are working on a project together.” Justin and Jessica were married 7 years ago in Italy…but you know what they say about that 7 year itch…

Not only was Taylor Swift honored by being named Artist of the Decade, she won all five of her nominated categories to now hold the record for the most American Music Awards of all time! Until now, Michael Jackson held that record with 24. Taylor is now the one to beat with 29! She avoided blasting Scooter Braun and Scott Borchetta outright, but she definitely threw some shade when she bragged about how happy she is with her new label. But during her performance, she threw in a few subtle jabs that her most observant fans may have picked up on. For instance, she wore a stylish straight jacket with all of her album names on it while singing “The Man” with a little girl by her side. Just some of the lyrics include, “I”m so sick of them coming at me again / ‘Cause if I was a man, then I’d be the man / They’d say I hustled, put in the work / They wouldn’t shake their heads and question how much of this I deserve.”

Besides Taylor’s subtle shade and Halsey’s lack of eyebrows, most of the talk of last night’s AMAs has been about Selena Gomez. The last time she performed on television was at the 2017 AMAs and it was not great. So this was billed as her triumphant return. Selena opened the AMAs with two songs — her first number one hit, “Lose You to Love Me” followed by “Look at Me Now.” She was obviously struggling vocally, and Twitter wasn’t about to let her get away with it. As quickly as those horrible comments were being posted, word was spreading that Selena had experienced a lupus flareup and a severe anxiety attack, but defied doctors orders to cancel her appearance and soldiered through it. Meantime, did you see Selena’s new thigh tattoo? She got a pair of hands praying with a rosary wrapped around them. She posted it on her IG and tagged celebrity favorite, Bang Bang Tattoo.
