Meek Mill was going through the airport in St. Louis when an employee asked to take his picture. It went downhill from there. TMZ spoke to the employee who said Meek denied his request for a picture, which he didn’t like so he started mouthing off. He said when Meek and his buddies started coming for him, he felt like he had no choice but to defend himself. And that’s when his cousin, who also worked at the airport, got involved. Meek and the two employees ended up charged with misdemeanor assault. The airport workers also lost their jobs, but it could be way worse for Meek. He’s on probation for a weapons and drug conviction, and this would definitely put him in violation of that.

Mischa Barton held a press conference to announce that her “worst fear was realized.” Without her knowledge, a man she was dating last year filmed and took pictures of her in intimate situations and has been shopping the tapes around to the highest bidder. Mischa says she broke up with Jon Zacharias last October and started dating his friend, Adam Shaw. Adam told her that Jon had bragged about having these videos and pictures, but in her court papers, Mischa claims that Adam made copies to keep for himself! Mischa’s attorney says if anyone attempts to buy these tapes, she’s coming after them with every available criminal and civil law in the books.

Emma Watson is fuming because some of her private photos were leaked online yesterday. She’s not naked, but she is scantily dressed, posing in different bathing suits and underwear. Her rep says the pictures were from a fitting Emma had with a stylist a couple of years ago. Somehow, they were stolen and leaked. And Amanda Seyfriend is also dealing with hacked and leaked photos, only she’s naked in them. It’s not clear if these incidents are related.

Ben Affleck released a statement on his Facebook Tuesday saying he’d recently completed treatment for alcohol addiction. He said, “I want to live life to the fullest and be the best father I can be. I want my kids to know there is no shame in getting help when you need it, and to be a source of strength for anyone out there who needs help but is afraid to take the first step.” Earlier this month, People magazine reported that Jennifer Garner had called off their divorce to “work things out with Ben.” The morning after his Facebook announcement, Ben and Jen were seen taking their three children to school.
