Drake is going to be on adrenalin overload when his beloved Raptors take on the Golden State Warriors in Game 1 of the NBA Finals Thursday night. So to prepare himself mentally, emotionally and physically, he took his new private plane to the Bahamas. Have you seen this thing??? Earlier this month, Drake got real emotional as he gave us a tour of his new toy as it was receiving its final finishing touches. Drake reportedly paid $185 million for a Boeing 767 cargo plane, which he had converted into his personal flying lounge. The plane has been painted pale blue and there’s a huge owl decal on the side. That’s the logo for his OVO company. And on both engines, it says “Air Drake.” And Drake let us know this thing was ALL his. He said, “No rental. No time-shares. No co-owners.”

TMZ is reporting that Meek Mill plans to file a lawsuit against the Cosmopolitan hotel in Las Vegas. This past Saturday afternoon, Meek and his friends pulled up at the hotel because they wanted to see DJ Mustard perform at the Marquee Nightclub. Security told them they had to leave and if they even got out of the car, they would be arrested for trespassing. Meek tweeted video of the exchange where the security guards told him he wasn’t allowed in because of a prior incident. Meek had no idea what they were talking about, and apparently, they didn’t either! In the video, one of them told Meek, “I’m not accusing you of anything. I wasn’t there, I don’t know. This is way bigger than me. Obviously you’re somebody…If you do not leave this premises immediately, you will be subject to arrest for a misdemeanor.” Meek vented on Twitter, “If you come from our culture you should never step foot in the cosmopolitan hotel they just really racist as hell. Something really has to be done in Las Vegas what they doing to black people!” Meek’s attorney sent the Cosmopolitan a letter demanding an apology. That got zero response. So now they plan to file a lawsuit against the hotel, seeking “heavy monetary damages”for “lying and humiliating Meek.” The attorney claims this isn’t just happing at the Cosmopolitan, either. He told TMZ there’s a list of black rappers who aren’t welcome at Vegas hotels.
After being threatened with arrest for trespassing at a Vegas casino, @MeekMill’s attorney discovered the venue “maintains a list of African American recording artists who should be denied access for no other reason than their culture and skin color.” https://t.co/y4QBTnJFZd pic.twitter.com/6pKQZzxGBf— Okayplayer (@okayplayer) May 27, 2019

Two weeks after NBC announced that Adam Levine, Blake Shelton, Kelly Clarkson and John Legend would all return for Season 17 of “The Voice,” Adam quit. He announced the news Friday morning on Instagram, saying it’s time for him to move on. He saved his most effusive goodbye for Blake, calling him his “brother for life.” On the show’s official Instagram, they wrote, “We’re going to miss Adam, but The Voice is family and with family it’s ‘see you soon,’ never ‘goodbye.’” But IS this goodbye? A source told Yahoo Entertainment that nobody behind the scenes of the show wants Adam to come back. He hasn’t had a win since Season 9 and he’s progressively gotten grumpier. And then last season, many fans of the show were demanding that Adam be fired after he threw one of his contestants under the bus while begging for his favorite to be spared. On top of that, Adam HATED the way the rules were changed for Season 16 which left him with NOBODY in the finals, so it shouldn’t come as TOO big of a surprise that he quit. And while Blake tweeted that he’s having a hard time wrapping his head around the news, he has to be thrilled that NBC has hired Gwen Stefani to take Adam’s place.
