Amanda Bynes’ treatment extended

Marvel’s big announcement… Jose Canseco’s scary incident… Kendra Wilkinson and Hank Baskett renew their vows… Has NeNe Leakes quit her reality show?… and Amanda Bynes’ treatment extended

At a fan event yesterday, Marvel announced it will split the “Avengers” finale into two parts. Look for “Marvel’s The Avengers: Infinity Wars — Part 1” to be in theaters in May 2018. “Part II” will arrive in May 2019. “Thor: Ragnarok” will be in theaters on July 28, 2017. Marvel also announced that “Black Panther” will hit theaters on November 3, 2017. Then on July 6, 2018, we’ll get “Captain Marvel.” And Marvel’s “Inhumans” arrives on November 2, 2018. In other movie news, “Doctor Strange” is expected in theaters on November 4, 2016, but there’s still no official word on whether Benedict Cumberbatch will play the Sorcerer Supreme.

A scary incident for former baseball player Jose Canseco yesterday! He was at home in Vegas cleaning his handgun when the gun went off and blew off the middle finger of his left hand! Jose’s fiancee says he didn’t know the gun was loaded. Duh! Jose was rushed to the hospital where doctors performed surgery to reattach his finger. His fiancee said that even under the best of circumstances, doctors said Jose will never have full use of that finger again.

Kendra Wilkinson and Hank Baskett have played out most of their marriage on reality TV, so why not try to save it on reality TV, too! After Hank’s alleged affair with a transsexual model, the couple signed up for “Marriage Boot Camp.” Apparently, it helped because “In Touch” is reporting that Hank presented Kendra with a replica of the ring she flushed down the toilet and that the couple renew their vows on the season finale.

She’s the highest paid reality star on Bravo, but has NeNe Leakes quit the show? She tweeted on Saturday, “Growth is a beautiful thing! Know when to get off a sinking ship.” The next day she tweeted, “I woke up this morning with so much peace I almost started shouting! God is real.” And then on Monday she added, “Removin URself from situations that cause u 2 cope n unhealthy ways is the first step n realizin U r worth it!” There are a couple of things we have to consider here. First, Nene is in rehearsals for her Broadway debut as the wicked stepmother in “Cinderella.” She takes over the role on November 25 and runs with it until January 3. And second, the Atlanta Housewives cast reportedly flew to South Korea over the weekend, so perhaps Nene had to bail on the trip because of rehearsals and didn’t flat-out quit the show.

Amanda Bynes’s stay at a treatment center in Pasadena has just been exited for another month, which likely means she’ll stay there for at least the next two months. Amanda was first placed on an emergency 72-hour hold back on October 10 and her stay keeps getting extended. RadarOnline is reporting that Amanda’s mother has officially petitioned to become her daughter’s conservator again. Her parents say Amanda’s net worth is currently $5.7 million. Of that, $2.8 million is in real estate. Her parents say Amanda’s only source of income is from her rental property, which totaled almost $145K last year. It was just last year that Amanda went through six months of treatment before she was placed under her mother’s conservatorship. The minute that expired, Amanda moved out of her parents’ home and her second downward spiral began.
