Screech is back in the slammer. And he has no one to blame but himself….and possibly AC Slater. Dustin Diamond was serving time in a Wisconsin for stabbing some guy in a bar with a pen and got out early for good behavior. But now he’s back behind bars for violating the terms of his parole. No official word on what he did, but it looks like Dustin didn’t ask his parole officer for permission to leave the state when he went to do an interview with Mario Lopez for “Extra.”

Gunfire erupted at a T.I. concert in NYC last night, leaving one man dead and three others injured. The opening act — Maino and Uncle Murda — were performing when rapper Troy Ave walked into the green room and someone shot him in the leg. People started running out of the room and the gunman came out and started firing again. This sent more than 1000 people crammed into the venue into a panic. One witness says there were people blocking each other and using each other to shield themselves from the bullets!! A 33-year-old man was killed after being shot in the stomach. Another man was shot in the chest and a woman was shot in the leg. 50 Cent actually went to visit her in the hospital. He told the “New York Post,” “I’m here to support my friend. His girl was shot. What’s happened here is not good.” The gunman is still at large.

How do you like the sound of this — “Live! With Kelly and Rob!” It sounds sorta flat to me. But! Sources say Rob Lowe is in serious discussions to replace Michael Strahan on “Live! With Kelly.” It’s not like he has anything else going on. His show “The Grinder” was just canceled after its first season. When Michael first left, everyone assumed her best friend Anderson Cooper was a shoo-in for the job. But last month, Anderson said, “Look, I’m very happy at CNN…It would be a dream to work with Kelly but nobody’s offering anything, so….”

The Weeknd and Belly both canceled their performance on “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” because Donald Trump was scheduled to be the big guest that night. Belly released a statement: “I feel like the way I was raised was to be able to see through all the titles in this world — from religion to race. I just didn’t want to feel like I was a part of a celebration for somebody who has beliefs that majority of us don’t agree with…For me, being Muslim and being somebody that appreciates my access here in America, I love the fact that I’m able to be here. To play my part in this business is a privilege and a beautiful thing. The fact that I could lose that ability through the actions of someone such as Donald Trump isn’t right to me. At all.” Just a side note — Belly was born in Palestine but now lives in Ottawa, Canada. No statement from The Weeknd. He’s just not gonna do the show.

After 15 months of marriage, Amber Heard filed for divorce from Johnny Depp on Monday, and there are so many layers to this story!! First, the couple didn’t have a prenup and Amber is asking for spousal support. Johnny has already filed the paperwork to block that. Second, Johnny’s family hated Amber. A source says his two kids, his two sisters and his mother, Betty Sue, despised her and would openly talk about how much they hated her. Earlier this year, Johnny moved his mom in with him and Amber and sources say Amber had two closed-door, sit-downs with her mother-in-law after she moved in. After both of those meetings, Betty Sue called her a “terrible person.” Betty Sue passed away on Friday. Amber lists the date of separation as May 22 — two days after Betty Sue’s death. And then she filed for divorce the next day.
