Amy Schumer bans fan photos

Weekend movie review… Khloe Kardashian kicked out Lamar Odom’s dad… Blac Chyna and Tyga tape emerges… Prince’s family headed to a courtroom… and Amy Schumer says no more fan photos

“The Jungle Book” is number one for a third straight week, earning another $42.4 million. It was a heated battle for second place, with “The Huntsman: Winter’s War” neck-and-neck with the new Key and Peele kitten comedy, “Keanu.” The Huntsman barely won, with $9.4 million compared to Keanu’s $9.3 million, which actually got really good reviews. Not getting good reviews is “Mother’s Day,” which opened with $8.3 million and a fourth place finish. And “Barbershop: The Next Cut” rounded out the tip five with $6.1 million.

Lamar Odom’s dad told The Post that Khloe Kardashian kicked him out of his home in LA, forcing him to move back to Brooklyn. Joe Odom said, “Khloe didn’t even have the guts to tell me herself that my rent wasn’t going to be paid anymore. She got the guys who handle Lamar’s money to call me and they said the rent wouldn’t be paid, I gotta move and my phone was going to get cut off.” Lamar had paid his dad’s $4000/month rent for the past ten years until Khloe decided that enough was enough. Joe said it happened when Lamar was in the hospital in Nevada, when his son was recovering from his near-death experience at a brothel. Joe says Khloe took charge of EVERYTHING. She still screens all of Lamar’s calls and refuses to let Joe speak to his son. He said he was finally able to get ahold of Lamar last week, and he promised his dad he would “sort it out,” but nothing has changed. Joe said Khloe “may be Lamar’s wife, but I’m his father. She shouldn’t have cut me out of his life like she has.”

The tape must be for real because Blac Chyna’s lawyer says she will go after anyone who tries to release her sexy time tape with Tyga. Apparently this video is being shopped around to the highest bidder with no takers so far. But according to sources, there are tattoos that identify the now former couple.

Prince’s family is headed to a Minnesota courtroom for the first time today as they begin the process of sorting out what will happen with his estate. Prince died on April 21, leaving an estimated $300 million behind with no known will or trust. Several of Prince’s siblings are expected to be there for the hearing today. It’s expected that Prince’s estate will be divided equally between his full-blooded sister and his five half-siblings. But in the meantime, the family isn’t getting any money from the estate. Enter George Lopez! Apparently, George was big buddies with Prince! WHO KNEW?? And when he found out all the assets in the estate have been frozen until a judge determines how much the administrator can give family members for living expenses, he advanced the family $20K to cover their living and travel costs.

Amy Schumer says she will no longer take pictures with fans anymore because of this ONE GUY in South Carolina. Amy had performed in Greenville Friday night and the next day, she was out walking around when this guy approached her for a photo. She shared his picture on Instagram and captioned it, “This guy in front of his family just ran up next to me scared the s*** out of me. Put a camera in my face. I asked him to stop and he said ‘no it’s America and we paid for you’ this was in front of his daughter. I was saying stop and no. Great message to your kid. Yes legally you are allowed to take a picture of me. But I was asking you to stop and saying no. I will not take picture with people anymore and it’s because of this dude in Greenville.” Amy received both positive and negative reactions to her post, but she chose to focus on the positive. She later tweeted, “Thanks for the kind words and support. I know there are bigger problems in the world. But this was not right.” She added, “I’ll still take pictures with nice people when I choose to if Its a good time for that. But I don’t owe you anything. So don’t take if I say no.”
