After suffering a mini stroke last week, doctors advised Kim Zolciak-Biermann not to fly back to LA for “Dancing With the Stars.” But she still practiced her dance with Tony Dovolani and it was recorded, so she thought the judges would score that and then leave it up to the voters to decide if she gets to come back. And when Kim was told to Skype in last night, she thought it was just to give a health update, not to be dumped from the show! It does say in the show’s rules that if a competitor has to skip a performance for any reason, he or she has to withdraw. BUT! When Melissa Rycroft had to skip a performance in Season 15, judges scored her practice session, so why didn’t they do that for Kim?? Now there’s a big social media push to bring Kim and Tony back next week.

Paul Walker’s daughter has filed a wrongful death lawsuit against Porsche, claiming that the car her father was in when he was killed lacked a proper stability control system and safeguards to protect occupants and keep the car from catching fire after a collision. Meadow Rain Walker is seeking unspecified damages. Back in 2013, Paul was a passenger in a Carrera GT being driven by his friend Roger Rodas when the car spun out of control, struck three trees and burst into flames.

The new cast of the “Real Housewives of Atlanta” has been revealed. Who can fill the void left behind by NeNe Leakes? Bravo is hoping that woman is Tootie! Kim Fields has signed on as a full-time Housewife, along with newcomer Shamea Morton. Former Housewife Sheree Whitfield is back as a “Friend of the Housewives.” Cynthia Bailey, Kandi Burrus, Kenya Moore and Phaedra Parks are all back. And Porsha Williams has been bumped back up to full-time Housewife status.

In case you were wondering — like I was! — Kaley Cuoco did rush into marriage with Ryan Sweeting, but she had enough sense to get a prenup. The divorce petition filed Friday shows the prenup was signed a month before they got married and it dictates Kaley’s spousal support payments to Ryan and how they will divide their assets. Another divorce that won’t be that easy to sort out is between Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale. These two didn’t have a prenup. Sources say Gwen is furious because Gavin told her he wouldn’t go after her money, but now he’s going after half.

Nick Jonas and Kate Hudson were photographed sitting next to each other on the Rock ’N’ Roller Coaster at Disney World on Saturday and then Kate went to Nick’s show at the House of Blues in Orlando that night. The next morning, the two of them were spotted having brunch together in Miami! Sources say the two of them are definitely hooking up, but they’re not dating. He’s 23; she’s 36.
