Ariana Grande’s Manchester Benefit Concert

Kathy Griffin was slammed… Alex Rodriguez’s new career… “So You Think You Can Dance” is still here… Is Ryan Gosling and Eva Mendes done?… and Ariana Grande’s Manchester benefit concert

Kathy Griffin is apologizing profusely after she was slammed by conservatives AND liberals for a photo showing her holding the severed, bloody head of our president. Chelsea Clinton tweeted, “This is vile and wrong. It is never funny to joke about killing a president.” Author Mandy Hale wrote, “I am as anti-trump as they come but this is disgusting & vile. You do not represent liberals or the resistance with this trash.” Her CNN NYE co-host Anderson Cooper tweeted, “For the record, I am appalled by the photo shoot Kathy Griffin took part in. It is clearly disgusting and completely inappropriate.” Many are calling for CNN to fire her. CNN released a statement saying they are “evaluating New Year’s Eve and have made no decisions at this point.” But Squatty Potty has already dumped her as the face of their product, saying, “We were shocked and disappointed to learn about the image Ms. Griffin shared today, it was deeply inappropriate and runs contrary to the core values our company stands for.”

Alex Rodriguez is moving forward in a new career. He will be joining ABC News as a contributor on shows like “Good Morning America” and “World News Tonight.” He’ll still work as a contributor on Fox Sports, as well. And he’s still waiting to find out if his CNBC pilot “Back in the Game” is moving forward. It’s a reality show about former athletes who are now hurting for cash.

Sure, Jennifer Lopez has a fancy new “World of Dance” competition show, but “So You Think You Can Dance” wants you to know that they’re still here! And while Jennifer may have Jenna Dewan Tatum, Derek Hough and Ne-Yo, they’ve got Vanessa Hudgens joining their judging panel this year. She’ll be sitting alongside Nigel Lythgoe and Mary Murphy, who is returning after taking off a couple seasons. SYTYCD is back June 12 on Fox.

Sources told RadarOnline.com that after five years and two kids together, the relationship between Ryan Gosling and Eva Mendes is coming to an end. One longtime friend says the couple is past the point of caring. The friend said, “The biggest sign it’s over is the fact that Eva and Ryan don’t even bother to argue anymore.” But an even bigger sign may have been when Eva didn’t join Ryan for the Golden Globes or the Academy Awards this year when he was nominated for Best Actor for “La La Land.”

Ariana Grande is returning to Manchester, England, where a terrorist attack killed 22 people after her concert there on May 22. She’s invited some of the biggest names in music to join her for a concert this Sunday that will benefit the We Love Manchester Emergency Fund, which benefits those impacted by the terrorist attack. Among the artists scheduled to perform are Miley Cyrus, Coldplay, Pharrell, Justin Bieber, Katy Perry, Niall Horan and the Black Eyed Peas — with or without Fergie? We shall see. Everyone who was at the May 22 show will be given free tickets to this Sunday’s show. It’s expected to be streamed online and we’ll let you know once that is announced.
