Netflix struck gold in their partnership with Adam Sandler. They have extended his massive deal several times because his movies do so well for them. So far, Adam has made seven movies and one standup special with Netflix. Next up, Adam, his wife Jackie, and their daughters, 16-year-old Sadie and 13-year-old Sunny, are all set to star in a bat mitzvah-themed movie for Netflix. It’s being adapted from the 2005 novel “You Are So Not Invited To My Bat Mitzvah!” Sunny had her bat mitzvah in May, which included celebrity guests like Jennifer Aniston and Taylor Lautner and performances by Charlie Puth and Halsey. Halsey said it was like Coachella!

They say the devil works hard, but Kris Jenner works harder. You can say what you want about the Kardashians, but they wouldn’t be where they are today without Kris’ guidance. Kris is going to bless us with all her knowledge and secrets by taking an online MasterClass on personal branding. Kris will show you how to build a narrative, find an audience and followers, and leverage the power of social media to make your brand stand out. She said, “We’ve all made mistakes, but then you turn around and correct that and pivot. We’ve evolved to the place we are today because we’ve learned so much from a few of the mistakes but also from the successes.”

Britney Spears posted A LOT on Instagram yesterday, but what people are talking about most is the one where she posted an image that says, “GOD IS NOT NICE” and captioned it, “Does that mean the devil is EXTREMELY HOT AND NICE??? I’d rather hang out with homeless people than the people in Hollywood … JUST SAYING !!!!” Of course, she had tons of support in the comments, but others were calling her on that. Many of them brought up her June 9 wedding to Sam Asghari. One posted, “I remember seeing how starved for hollywood people your wedding was with all the homeless people there.” Another added, “Her wedding guest list was literally only the biggest names in Hollywood. Proof that someone else is orchestrating her life, STILL.”

In an interview with “Variety,” “Stranger Things” star Noah Schnapp confirmed that Will Byers is gay and in love with Mike Wheeler. He said, “Obviously, it was hinted at in Season 1: It was always kind of there, but you never really knew, is it just him growing up slower than his friends? Now that he’s gotten older, they made it a very real, obvious thing. Now it’s 100% clear that he is gay and he does love Mike. But before, it was a slow arc.” Noah said he hesitated talking about it before because he didn’t want to be accused of spoiling anything. Noah also said he was “kind of figuring it out along with the audience, but he added, “Now that I’ve spoken to them (the Duffer Brothers) and seen the show, I know what they want to do with it.” What will that be? And when will we get to see it? The writers don’t get back to work until August and shooting isn’t expected to start until next year. It could be 2024 or 2025 before Season 5 starts streaming.

“Variety” has reported that Armie Hammer left the Cayman Islands where he’d been selling timeshares. Reportedly, Armie, his estranged wife and their two children are all staying in an LA house owned by Robert Downey Jr. A source says Robert has been providing Armie with emotional and financial support since he lost everything in the abuse and cannibalism scandal. Last year, Robert reportedly convinced Armie to go to is months of rehab in Florida and even paid for it. Perhaps this is his way of paying it forward. After a string of drug arrests in the late 90s and early 2000s, Robert was homeless, nearly bankrupt and virtually unemployable. But Mel Gibson stepped in. Robert got sober, turned his life around, and before long, he was Iron Man. Maybe someday Armie will have his own redemption story.
