Lisa Vanderpump’s Pump Restaurant… Madonna update… Gerry Turner has some thoughts… Zooey Deschanel & Jonathan Scott are engaged… and Ashley Olsen’s secret baby arrival

Lisa Vanderpump’s PUMP restaurant closed in July. In its final days, fans packed the place and the cast of “Vanderpump Rules” filmed a huge farewell scene before they shut the place down for good. Or so we thought! PUMP is relocating just 3 doors down from the original location, right next door to TomTom — the bar and restaurant Lisa co-owns with Tom Sandoval and Tom Schwartz. So far, just the sign is up. We don’t know the opening date. Meantime, Lisa’s husband Ken Todd is being sued for nearly a million bucks by the landlords of the OG PUMP. In a 56-page lawsuit, the plaintiffs say they want to be paid back for stolen fixtures, past due rent, late fees, and lawyers’ fees, among other damages.

Madonna has recovered well enough from a life-threatening bacterial infection that she is back in rehearsals for her Celebration Tour. It was supposed to have kicked off last month in Vancouver, but everything was put on pause when Madonna was found unconscious a month before. A source told “The Sun,” “She is very much still in recovery, but Madonna has been chomping at the bit to get back to rehearsals.” To prepare, she’s rented out the Coliseum in New York, and then she’ll do a final week of dress rehearsals in London before her opening date at the O2 Arena on Oct. 14. The source said, “Normally, she would like to have the final week in the same venue she kicks off in, but due to Blink-182’s comeback gigs at the O2, her team won’t be able to get access until the day before.”

“Golden Bachelor” Gerry Turner popped up on “The Bachelorette’s Men Tell All” special last night to tease his upcoming season. From what it sounds like, 71-year-old Gerry isn’t messing around…but there may be a LITTLE messing around! When host Jesse Palmer asked Gerry if there will be Fantasy Suite dates, he said yes, “but what they would look like might be a little different.” Gerry said, “That’s a long way down the journey. It’s a long way. And I think there’s a lot of steps that I and a potential partner would need to go through to get to that to make it a comfortable situation.” Gerry was married to his high school sweetheart for 43 years until she passed away in 2017. Gerry said what he was looking for now is different that what he looked for in high school and college, but he does believe he can find the person who will make him whole again.

Back in 2019, “Property Brothers” Jonathan and Drew Scott filmed an episode of “Carpool Karaoke” with sisters Zooey and Emily Deschanel. The four of them had so much fun, they went out to sing karaoke together later. A source told “People” that Jonathan and Zooey eventually became more than friends and now…they’re engaged! Jonathan popped the question while on vacation in Scotland, and Zooey’s 8-year-old daughter Elsie and 6-year-old son Charlie reportedly helped Jonathan execute the proposal. And to match her quirky personality, Jonathan proposed with a custom ring featuring 3 large stones set in a flower pattern with smaller pink stones on the outer corners.

Surprise! Ashley Olsen had a baby! Page Six is reporting that the super-secretive Olsen twin gave birth to a little boy named Otto a few months ago. Ashley is married to Louis Eisner, a painter who happens to be the son of attorney Eric Eisner, who once served as president of the David Geffen Company. His mother is Lisa Eisner, a jewelry designer who once served as the West Coast editor of “Vogue.” Just like having a baby, Ashley and Louis kept their wedding a secret. We didn’t find out until a month or so after the fact that the two of them got married at a private home in Bel Air on Dec. 28, 2022.
