So remember that time Katherine McPhee was photographed kissing her “Smash” director Michael Morris after lunch in LA? How could you forget, it just happened, like, last week. Anyway, Michael knew those photos were taken and were about to hit the press, and he tried to buy them to keep that from happening. That’s because he’s still very married to actress Mary McCormack, who wasn’t aware her husband was cheating on her. Until Sunday night. That’s when Michael told her TMZ had these photos that were going to be released the next day, and she promptly kicked him out of the house. This couldn’t have come at a worse time for Mary because also over the weekend, she found out that NBC canceled her new show “Welcome to the Family” after only 3 episodes. Meantime, Katherine’s husband couldn’t kick her out because they’ve actually been separated for about six months.
All publicity is good publicity, right? And MTV loved the controversy surrounding Miley Cyrus and Robin Thicke’s performance at the VMAs so much that they’ve invited them to appear at their European Music Awards, which are being held in Amsterdam on November 10. Other performers that night will include Snoop Dogg, Imagine Dragons and Katy Perry.
Shia Labeouf keeps getting into fights with strangers on the streets and he’s developing a reputation of being a bit of a jerk. But now he’s gone and crossed the line with Brad Pitt! While on the set of the World War 2 movie, “Fury,” Shia was playing around with a machine gun that was filled with blanks, but still……That’s dangerous. Brad had enough of the horsing around, so he tapped Shia on the shoulder and told him to stop. That’s when Shia swung around and accidentally popped Brad in the mouth with the barrel of the gun! Rather that apologize all over himself, Shia started laughing, which INFURIATED Brad. He lunged at Shia and started swinging, but some of the crew pulled him off. The two of them shook hands and made up, but sources say Brad simply can’t stand Shia now.

Producers have been scrambling for a replacement since Charlie Hunnam bailed on “Fifty Shades of Grey,” but now British actor Jamie Dornan has been hired to take his place. Jamie is a former Calvin Klein model turned actor who recently starred as the Huntsman in ABC’s “Once Upon a Time.” He once dated Keira Knightley but now he’s married to Amelia Warner, who just so happens to be Colin Farrell’s ex-wife. Jamie and Amelia are expiating their first child together.
Poor Bruce Jenner. TMZ is reporting that he wasn’t invited to AT&T Park for Kanye West’s proposal to Kim Kardashian. In fact, we’re hearing he didn’t even know about it until after the fact. Kim picked up the phone and let him know, since she considers him to be her father. Meantime, Kim and Kanye are furious because someone at the park secretly taped the proposal and leaked it. They think they know who did it and sources say a lawsuit is coming.
