‘Bachelorette’ Hannah Brown Apologizes for Dropping N-Word

The American Idol winner is… Adele is advising royalty… Rooney Mara is pregnant… 6ix9ine and Snoop Dogg are still goin’ at it… and ‘Bachelorette’ Hannah Brown apologizes for dropping N- Word

It’s hard to believe that Season 18 of “American Idol” is done. All the live shows had to be done from home, but they made it work. And congratulations to Samantha Diaz, who’s come to be known as “Just Sam.” YOU are the American Idol. Just Sam became a fan favorite early on. She had a hard childhood. She and her sister were adopted and raised by their grandmother. In fact, on the Mother’s Day episode, Sam talked about visiting her mom in prison. Sam grew up in the projects of Harlem and to help her grandmother pay the bills, she sang in subway stations for tips. And then when the world shut down, Sam stayed in Hollywood alone while everyone else was able to quarantine with their families. But hopefully soon she’ll be able to celebrate in person with her grandmother.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have been leaning on Adele for tips on living under the radar in LA. What…you didn’t know Adele has been living in LA? EXACTLY. The Daily Mirror says she lives about 5 minutes from where Harry and Meghan are living now and she’s been giving them tips on staying WAY under the radar. She also recommended the pre-school her 4-year-old son Angelo attends as well as some areas they can take baby Archie without being mobbed by fans and paparazzi.

Joaquin Phoenix and Rooney Mara are having a baby! They’re not commenting, but a source told Page Six that Rooney is about 6 months along. The two of them met on the set of the movie “Her,” but didn’t start dating until they met again on the set of the 2018 movie “Mary Magdalene.” They became engaged in July 2019. In October 2019, Joaquin told Vanity Fair that when he first met Rooney, he thought she despised him, but eventually realized she was just extremely shy.

Tekashi 6ix9ine doesn’t like that other rappers turned on him for being a snitch, so Friday night, Tekashi posted a question on his Instagram Story, “Should I just tell you guys what rappers snitched — yes or no — because they told me EVERYTHING when I started.” When the Shade Room posted a screenshot, Tekashi commented, “@snoopdogg hey sir let’s chat.” Tekashi left another comment suggesting Snoop had snitched on Suge Knight, but Snoop responded, “…Rat boy, you really better leave me alone…You funky dog-head, rainbow-head, dog-head b****. Yeah, you. Better leave the Dogg alone…” Rather than do that, Tekashi posted that Snoop should apologize to his wife for cheating on her multiple times.

As she was trying to learn the TikTok dance to DaBaby’s “Rockstar,” Hannah Brown went Instagram Live and all her followers hear the N-word come tumbling out of her mouth. When she went back and read the comments, Hannah apparently didn’t remember saying it, asking, “I did? I’m so sorry … I don’t think … maybe it was (my brother) Patrick…Um, anyway.” She went on to say even if she did say it, it was an accident because she “was singing a song and not even thinking.” That did NOT help. The next morning, Hannah left a formal apology, saying, “There is no excuse and I will not justify what I said. I have read your messages and seen the hurt I have caused. I own it all. I am terribly sorry and know that whether in public or private, this language is unacceptable. I promise to do better.”
